Asian Chicken Drummettes

I adapted this recipe from one a coworker gave me.  It was super easy and tasty.

1 packages chicken drummettes (approx. 27-30 per package)
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. honey or sugar
1 t. minced garlic

Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken in Ziploc bag.  Seal bag and put into 9 X 13 pan in the fridge overnight or all day.

Preheat the oven to 350.  Remove the ziplock bag and grease 9 X 13 pan, or line pan with non-stick tin foil for easier clean up.  Pour contents of ziplock into prepared pan.  Cover with foil and bake for 20 mins.  Remove foil, stir or flip chicken and bake for 10 more mins.

Nutritional Information: 5 drummettes per serving - 381 cals, 15 grams fat, 1 gram dietary fiber, 1,533 sodium (can reduce by using reduced sodium soy sauce), 23 grams protein

**The original recipe said bake at 250 for 4-5 hours.  We found the drummettes to be tough and a little dry.  If you like slow and low cooking I think this would translate really well to a crock pot.
