Summer Shrimp Crostini


24 cooked medium shrimp, thawed
1/2 c ketchup
4 tsp lime juice
1 1/2 Tbsp cilantro or parsley, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
dash of Tabasco, to taste
1/4 cup garlic & herb cheese spread (I used Alouette)
12 pieces thinly sliced baguette, toasted if desired

Combine ketchup, lime juice, cilantro, green onion and Tabasco in a medium bowl. (Remove tails from shrimp if not already off.) Add shrimp and stir gently to coat.

Spread cheese spread on each slice of baguette. Arrange 2 shrimp on each slice. Serve.
