Cooking Tips: Easy Slicing

To make thin slices of meat or chicken for stir-fries, put the meat in the freezer for about 20 minutes, just long enough for it to firm up.  It will slice much easier, and the freezing won't affect the texture.  This also works when you're trying to crumble soft or sticky cheeses, like goat cheeses or blue cheeses.
