No-Hassle Gumbo
In a medium pot, combine:4 cups Chicken Broth
1 can Rotel Tomatoes, drained*
1 small bag frozen Okra
1 can chicken, drained
Simmer "a while" uncovered over low heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over steamed rice.
*I used Mild Rotel, but if you prefer more kick to your gumbo you can use spicier Rotel.
