Chicken Caesar Wraps

So, you don't know what to make for dinner, plus it's so blasted hot you don't even want to think about firing up that stove?

DON'T!

Make these instead. :)

I'm pretty sure we eat these about 20 times during the summer, I love them so much. And it has meat and is filling, so my husband doesn't mind. Plus, they're so easy and don't require a hot stove. What's not to love?

Chicken Caesar Wraps
1 lb. grilled chopped boneless, skinless chicken breasts (grill outdoors or on a George Foreman)
1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped or shredded
1 small (or 1/2 if you don't want too much) red onion, chopped
Parmesan cheese, to taste
Caesar salad dressing, to taste
Whole wheat or regular tortillas

1. Grill the chicken, then chop.
2. In the meantime, chop your lettuce and red onion and place into a large bowl.
3. Add chicken, parmesan and salad dressing to the bowl and toss.
4. Put some tortillas in wax paper and microwave for 15-30 seconds until warm.
5. Serve out of the bowl, letting people take their own filling and put it into the tortillas, rolling into a wrap.

Good luck with leftovers, there won't be any!
