Saw these on the Food Network - Sara Lee, I think. Easy to make, and the filling hardens so they are a great snack for "on the go".
4 oz. chocolate chips
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
dried banana chips
Melt the chocolate chips and mix in the peanut butter. Scoop the mixture into a plastic baggie. Spread out one layer of dried banana chips. Cut off one small corner of the baggie and use as a pastry bag to squeeze the filling onto the dried banana chips. Top with another banana chip (think a sandwich), let harden and snack away!
