This is a knock-off of a knock-off on Italian Wedding Soup.
I used the same meatball recipe as before - you can either make teeny tiny meatballs or just cut up the already cooked meatballs.
Chicken Broth
Rice (or Orzo) - cooked before adding to broth
Meatballs
Splash of Lemon Juice
And I recommend eating with slices of sharp white cheddar cheese.
