I suppose they could be Pineapple Snowballs, but I like Fuzzies better. :)
1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
1 8-oz can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1. Thoroughly mix the cream cheese and pineapple. Cover bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Scoop into 1" balls and roll in the coconut. Chill several hours or overnight.
Yield: approx 24 (I only got about 20 using my cookie scoop.)
