8 oz cream cheese, softened
8 oz sour cream
4 oz diced green chili
4 oz chopped black olives
1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 Tbsp taco seasoning
6 flour tortillas
salsa/black bean dip/guacamole, for serving
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Fold in chopped green chili, olives and cheese. Spread over each tortilla. Roll up like a jelly-roll and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in fridge for 3-4 hours. Unwrap and slice in approx 1/2-3/4" slices. Serve with salsa, black bean dip, guacamole, etc. for dipping.
