Hot Chocolate Mix

This mix is great because it makes a big batch--plenty to share and still have a supply left to see you through the winter. Package it with a bag of marshmallows for an economical easy gift.

1-2 1/2 qt box powdered milk ("Makes 20 Qts")
2-32 oz containers chocolate Quik
2-22 oz powdered coffee creamer
1-2 lb package powdered sugar

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together in a LARGE bowl. (You may have to mix half together at a time.) Package and store. To drink, stir 1/3 cup mix into a mug of hot water/milk.

The empty Quik/creamer containers make great storage containers.
