For those who like their baked potato with crispy skin and soft fluffy insides, this recipe is for you!
Russet baking potatoes
Preheat oven to 475'F. Wash potatoes and pierce with a fork. Place directly on the rack and bake for 1 hour. Voila!
I read that this also works for sweet potatoes, but that you need to place a pan under them because they leak out some "sweet" juices.
