Easy Apricot Chicken
1 packet dry onion soup mix
1 can apricot nectar
1/2 bottle Russian salad dressing
6-8 chicken breasts
1. Preheat oven to 350'F. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9x13 dish.
2. Mix together soup mix, apricot nectar and Russian dressing. Pour over chicken.
3. Bake 30 minutes or until cooked through. The sauce cooks down to a nice glaze.
This would probably also translate well into a crockpot dish.
