Several of my postings reference Non-Stick foil. I first saw it when helping cook zillions of appetizers for a wedding reception and fell instantly in love. To use, just line your cookie sheets with the dull side up (it's the non-stick side). Then, after cooking sticky foods, just let the foil cool, peel it off and toss it. Voila! Easy clean-up!
