One "Bowl" Custard Pie
In a blender, place:
1 large can evaporated milk + enough water to bring it to 2 cups
1/4 c. margarine
4 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Optional: 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Blend for 3 minutes in blender.
Pour into greased 10" pie plate. (I used a 9.5" Pyrex and it worked fine.)
Let set for 5 minutes. (Optional: sprinkle top with 1/2 cup shredded coconut)
Bake at 350'F for 40 minutes.
Let cool. Serve warm or chilled.
