parmesan veggie dip

1 c plain yogurt
1/4 c shredded (grated would also work) Parmesan cheese
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c mayo
1 t dijon mustard
1 t onion powder
1 t dill
1 t parsley
1 t garlic salt
1 dash Worchestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Great with veggies or crackers (shredded Parmesan thickens up the dip).
