Crushed Potatoes

Erika told us about a potato dish she had at a restaurant.  Who knew I had a recipe card for it?!  We made them tonight.  They're super easy and tasty!  We used small white new potatoes instead of Yukon Gold.  Erika said that small is key - she tried them with bigger YG and they were not successful.  Enjoy!!
