This is a delicious fruit dip! And super-easy. Perfect for an Easy Peasy summer day.
1 8-oz package cream cheese
1 7-oz jar marshmallow cream
1 tsp almond extract
Combine thoroughly. Refridgerate until ready to serve. Serve with fruit.

Mmm, cream cheese. But you lost me at Marshmallow Cream. :(
BTW - I tried a bite of a smores cookie at Central Market - not bad. Might have to try making one sometime and see what I think about the melted mm.
This is one of my favorites!
Laney, the almond extract counters the marshmallowy taste so it definitely tastes more almondy cream cheesy than anything. ;)
